Because we are enjoying our lovely weekend and beautiful weather, I will keep this post short and sweet and straight to the point.
I went to my WW weigh-in this morning to find out that as challenging as last week was for me, and I'm not exactly sure why that was, I still managed to do the following:
Pounds lost this week: 2.0 lbs
Total pounds lost: 7.2 lbs
So there you have it: 7.2 pounds lost in the last couple of weeks ~ hey, I'm not complaining. As of right now all I'm hoping for is an easier week.

This is great Liz! I'll be your biggest cheerleader (if you want;-) We just started our own version of WW at work, "Pigs R Us." After a three month absence-I'm back at it again too! Keep it up (even during the tough weeks)! IMO, losing weight is all "mental."! Just keep telling yourself you are worth it!
Thanks so much for the encouragement, Valerie! I know this works, I've done it before and have had great results. For some reason my attitude was not good last week. But all is well and I'm all geared up for another week. I would love a cheerleader and you can count on me for support as well. BTW, you look FAB!
